Function

The PhD Admission Board operates all PhD issues at the School of Spatial Planning at the TU Dortmund: Thereto belong the application process, opening of the PhD procedure and the determination of the PhD Regulation.

The PhD Admission Board works on the basis of the PhD Regulations of the School of Spatial Planning. The Promotion Regulations were published on 6th August 2013 and updated by the new publication on 3rd September 2015.

PhD candidates who were accepted before 6th August 2013 have to follow the PhD Regulations of 1999.

The apllications for admission have to be submitted 14 days before the next PhD conference.

Next Conference

Probably the next meeting from the committee for the doctorate will take place on:

17th January 2018 at 9 a.m

 

Applications for the next meeting have to be on hand at 22nd December 2017.

The PhD Admission Board usually meets two times a semester. Dates are published on our website or can be asked for at the PhD Admission Board.

Members of the PhD Admission Board

The members of the PhD Admission Board are elected by the Faculty Board of the School of Spatial Planning. The Committee normally holds meetings four times a year.
