The International Spatial Planning Centre (ISPC) was founded in October 2008. It coordinates the international research and teaching activities of the Faculty of Spatial Planning at large and the two departments of "Spatial Planning in Developing Countries" and "European Spatial Planning". In particular the ISPC manages the international Master Programme Spatial Planning for Regions in Growing Economies (SPRING) and the Master Programme Spatial Planning in Europe.
