Technical Infrastructure serves the supply with heat, electricity, fuels, water and news as well as the disposal of waste water and sewage. A precondition for spatial planning is a secured and ecological exploitation of an area. Concepts of supply and disposal systems are therefore an integrated component of spatial planning.
